Tara has focused a passion in helping strengthen relationships within families. Her areas of expertise include couples, parenting, and family work. She has a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Brigham Young University. She also has completed a post-graduate certificate in Counseling Adolescents and Children with focused training in play and sand tray therapy. In addition, she has received Gottman Level 1 training in couples' work. Tara uses hands-on experiential methods to help people get to the core of their issues and find their own truths. She works with a wide variety of children, youth, and adult issues, such as ADHD, self-harm, abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, sexual and gender issues, and stages of life transitions. She is also an inspiring motivational speaker for schools, churches, and corporations. Tara knows what it takes to help this population feel understood and heard.
There are times in when life can feel very difficult, especially when stressors overwhelm and cause pieces of life to unravel. Sometimes, we need additional support during these times. Casey has a great passion for helping individuals find ways to become more centered with who they are and where they are heading. Casey works alongside her clients to help light a path to find their own healing by encouraging self-autonomy and personal empowerment. For the last ten years, she has worked with many organizations with at-risk youth and families focusing on therapeutic intervention. She has been a CASA (court-appointed special advocate), a milieu counselor in a residential setting, a school counselor at all levels, as well as an indivdiual therapist serving all ages. She works with many different modalities and holistic approaches to paint a full picture of who the client is and what they are working to overcome. These approaches remain grounded in solutions and forward-thinking. Casey has experience working with ADHD, Executive Functioning Disorder, Trauma, Grief, Divorce and Family Changes, Emotional Regulation, Self-Harm, and Self-Esteem as well as Depression and Anxiety. While there are many different issues and approaches, Casey knows that no single plan is right for every individual, so she will work to find and co-create an appropriate set of goals for each client. She acknowledges how hard this all can be and always roots for the individual that is ready to work alongside her. Through this partnership, Casey truly believes that every individual has the ability to find contentment within themselves.

Connie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Capella University, 2012), a Master's of Science in Child & Adolescent Psychology (Capella University, 2014), a Master's in Education, School Counseling (Liberty University, 2021) . She has worked for seven years in school districts as a School Psychologist and a School Counselor. Connie has experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism (autism assessment training), Developmental Delays, divorce and family changes, grief, and helping children build coping skills and strategies. Additionally, Connie has worked as a trainer for the Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) 2017-2021). She is additionally CPR certified.
Kelly enjoys working with many different types of clients. As a licensed school counselor as well as having her LPCC, she has extensive experience working with students of all ages, families, staff and parents. Kelly creates a therapeutic environment focusing on listening and understanding to help you be the best version of yourself. Kelly uses several therapeutic modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Family Systems Therapy, Grief Therapy, and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She is person-centered and narrative in her approach, she admires her clients and enjoys witnessing their resiliency and growth.
Hi! I’m Katerina. I little bit about me I’ve spent most of my life living in Colorado. I graduated from Cherry Creek High School then went off to CU Boulder where I received my bachelors which lend to getting my masters in Counseling at Capella University. I’m a very active and social. I love traveling, sports, being outside, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy helping and support people, and I look forward to walking along side clients in helping them achieve their goals and ambitions.
